Our Guarantee.

Compat Cartridges warrants all products supplied to be free of manufacturing defects

for a period of 90 (Ninety) Days, from the date of purchase.

If any of our products should prove faulty as a direct result of a manufacturing defect,

we will gladly replace it or refund your money.

Compat Cartridges further warrants that Compatible Inkjet Cartridges and Laser Toner Cartridges, under normal use, will not cause damage, abnormal wear or deterioration to any printer for which the

cartridge was intended.

Any claim that the use of one of our cartridges, excluding cartridges that have been refilled by the customer, resulted in printer damage must be verified with satisfactory evidence that the cartridge was directly responsible for any such damage or failure. Any such claim must include a written statement

on the service company's letterhead and must be signed by an authorized representative

of the service company.

Refill Kits.

Only the quality and quantity of ink is guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for problems arising

from an inkjet cartridge that has been refilled.

Customers assume all responsibility for cartridges that have been refilled.

This warranty will become null and void if the cartridge is disassembled or if the cartridge is handled,

stored or used in any manner considered abnormal.

Compat Cartridges liability under this warranty shall be limited to the replacement or reimbursement

as defined herein. No other warranty express or implied shall exist.

Remanufactured and Compatible Cartridges assure a performance that meets or exceeds

the original standards.

Each claim will be dealt with on an individual basis.
